Our Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program is the last tangible reflection of the work completed. We pride ourselves on providing a high quality comprehensive, functional package that our clients can easily interpret well after the project is complete.
Our welding procedures are recognized in both Alberta and British Columbia.
Our QA/QC program provides the necessary accountability to ensure that all the QA/QC documentation is summarized in a usable format and made readily available following project completion. Our Team ensures that all systems and processes are adhered to and provides the necessary training to our foreman and superintendents. Accuracy and quality is maintained through our use of SpoolFab software and Total Station.
Pressure piping will be constructed in accordance with ANSI/ASME B31.3 and the Alberta Safety Codes and BC Safety Authority Regulations.
All pipeline and distribution system construction, repairs and maintenance, will be done in accordance with CSA Z662 (latest edition) and our Customer Specifications. ABSA Certified with accordance B31.3 process piping. The 4 Welding procedures approved through ABSA, with and without heat treatment.
